How often will I get serviced? Depending on your service selection, frequency will be up to you! For Dry Cleaning, we offer Monthly and Bi-Weekly Service Plans. Sports, Kids & Pet Gear is paid online, on a pay-as-you-go basis and Commercial Cleaning depends on three factors: foot traffic, square footage and staff. Can you remove all stains? Yes, we can remove most stains. For Dry Cleaning & Sports, Kids, & Pet Gear, we may not be able to remove all stains, such as oil & grease based stains, perspiration stains, etc. However, as for Commercial Services, we can most definitely remove all stains and debris from any surface type.
Is HC environmentally responsible? Yes, we do not use any chemicals. We use 100% green technology.
What is your turnaround time? Our Dry Cleaning service is next-day! Sports, Kids & Pet Gear is scheduled online via our booking form at your convenience and Commercial Services can start as soon as we visit the site for our formal meet and greet and space review.
How do I pay HC? All payment is done thru our website at www.helloclean.ca for one-time purchases. Commercial clients can set us up as a payee or provide a corporate credit card to be billed each month. For our Dry Cleaning plans, you will only have to input your information once and we will bill you recurring each month, unless you cancel. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Here’s how it works: When you sign up, you’ll be asked to fill in your credit card information. Once we have safely filed that information, your orders are henceforth pre-authorized and your credit card will be automatically charged depending on service frequency. To make sure your order is seamlessly completed, please keep an active card on your account.
Automatic charges are convenient, but are they safe? Completely. In fact, I rely on my third-party processor to keep your credit card information on file. When you place an order, your card is charged through their secure network. You can be sure your private information is as confidential as can be.
Are there any hidden fees? Goodness no. You pay what you see. Our job is to make your life easier, not pricier.
What is your cancellation policy? You can cancel at anytime. Once you cancel, service will remain that month and stop the next month.
To be honest, I may forget the day of service. Will you help me remember? Yes! You will receive an email notification to your phone the day before service as a reminder.
NSF for failed payment(s) NSF – Non-Sufficient Funds. There is a $35.00 fee for payments that fail to process. If your credit card or debit card is compromised or you wish to change cards.
